||SSB - 5 Days to 3 Days||  

SSB interview or Service Selection Board interview is the common interview which a defense aspirant must clear to serve in Indian Armed Forces. For many days the discussion was going on that the 5-day interview will be of 3 days in the coming days So Today I'll emphasize the knowledge of 3 days SSB selection system. The little information I have got from the internet and some other sources which do say about the new scheme of selection procedure of SSB for the selection in Indian Armed Forces which may implement from 2019.

 

The current selection process is since 1948. So, the selection procedure is conducted for 5 days in which Day 0 was for assessing the candidate, verification, etc. and assign their chest number. Day 1 is for Screening Test, Day 2 for Psychology Test, Day 3 and 4 for Group Test, Day 5 Final Assessment, and Results which also includes Medical Test from Military Hospital.

 

The population of joining Armed Forces is high and is increasing day by day but because of the hard selection procedures, they do not get selected for the services.
So, The new scheme - The De Novo System is under many checks and trails which may be implemented in 2019 onwards.

Under the scheme, The De Novo System:-

1. It will accomplish the SSB testing in 3 days.

2. New techniques of behavioral testing will be implemented.

3. It will also make a fair and transparent subject by minimizing human subjectivity and reduce long lead time and time taken for SSB and medical.

4. It will make the selection process convenient for the candidates.

5. All the 3 techniques will be there with modification.

6. A selection like screening and psychological could go online.

The SSB centers all over India are:-

1. SSB Bhopal

2. SSB Bangaluru

3. SSB Allahabad

4. SSB Kapurthala

 

 

So, everyone should maintain his/her body personality and must improve his/her OLQs (Officers Like Qualities) so that you can become best than rest and be an officer of your respective Armed Force and serve your motherland.
